In tegenstelling tot de dag ervoor scheen er een voorzichtig zonnetje en stonden alle Rielse kindertjes vol verwachting aan de kant van de weg te wachten. Sambabando zorgde natuurlijk voor vrolijke klanken en de Pieten voor de zoete versnaperingen.
